"Wall Street Journal" earthquake in China's telecommunications networks interrupted three cities

The official Xinhua News Agency (Xinhua News Agency) reported Monday,
Chengdu, Chongqing and Zhengzhou City telecommunication networks in
China's Sichuan province was suspended after the earthquake.
